Discounts & Information

• Active Military Discount $10
• Current Contract Discount - 10%
• Non-notification fee $10/occurance. Must email by 12PM the day of absence.
• Late pick-up fee $10 5 to 10 minutes then $10 every additional 5 minutes. (APPLE device used for time)
• All tuition is due by the first day of the month.
• Any late payments will incur a Late fee. $10 up to 7 days, $15 up to 15 days.
• Any and all charges due on the account must be up to date to participate.
• Sunburst has a 30 day notice poilicy that will be strictly enforced.
• All accounts must have a valid card on file and be auto-drafted each month.
• Sunburst has a NO REFUND POLICY and no credit will be given.

Notification and Attendance Policies

Our program follows the NISD school calendar. We make sure we are always prepared to host your child after school, and we cannot offer refunds or make-up days for illnesses, holidays, or other missed days outside of the available Saturday make-up class. For your child's safety, SGA must be notitfed of any pickup changes, and A photo ID will be required by anyone picking up up your child who is not on the approved pickup list. Students must be picked up at 6:00 p.m., late fees will apply and be charged immediately to account.
